Decide how you want to sell

Selling privately usually gets the highest price but means strangers at your house, time-wasters and repeated calls. Selling to one dealer is fast but leaves money on the table if that dealer knows they are your only option. Listing to several dealers at once sits in between — the offers compete, and you pick.

Price it against real comparables

Look at what similar cars — same model, year, roughly the same mileage — are advertised for right now, not what something sold for last year. Place your car within that range based on its condition and documents. An optimistic price mostly generates silence.

Take honest photos

Clean the car, shoot it in daylight from several angles, and include the interior, the engine bay and any flaws. Photos that hide problems just move the disappointment to the viewing, where it costs you the buyer and the time.

Get the file ready

Registration book, previous transfer documents, and a clear picture of the transfer process for your city. A buyer who can see the papers are clean will move faster and argue less on price.

Use competing offers

On Motrade, you list your car's details and photos once, and verified dealers send indicative cash offers. You shortlist the ones worth taking seriously, chat or book an inspection, and accept the best final price. The car is seen by dealers, not posted as a public ad.
