Updated 29 September 2026
Every listing shows the ways to reach the dealer directly. There's no middleman and no fee for contacting a dealer.
Your options
- WhatsApp — opens WhatsApp with the car pre-filled in your message.
- Call — dials the dealer's number.
- Chat — Motrade's in-app chat. Send text, photos, videos and voice notes, see when the dealer is typing and when your message has been read.
You'll be asked to sign in before contacting a dealer, so they know who they're talking to and you get their replies in your messages.
Why use in-app chat
Chat keeps the whole conversation next to the car. It's also where the dealer sends you an official price offer to start a deal — so if you want a locked price and a reserved car during inspection, keep talking in Chat.
What to ask the dealer
- Is the car still available, and is the price negotiable?
- Registration city, number of owners and whether documents and transfer are clear.
- Accident history, repainted panels and service records.
- When can I see the car, and can I bring an inspector?
