Reply in your inbox
Buyer chats about your listings arrive in your dealer inbox, with photos and voice notes. Fast replies win more sales.
- 2
Send an official price offer
When you've agreed a price, send it from the chat. The buyer confirms it and the price is locked.
- 3
Handle the inspection
You or the buyer can request a 1–3 day inspection reservation. While it's active the car is held for that buyer.
- 4
Submit the final price
After the inspection, submit the final price for the buyer to confirm. If the buyer stops responding, you can close the deal yourself — it's then marked unverified and has no reviews.
- 5
Collect verified reviews
Review the buyer and ask them to review you. Reply publicly to reviews on your profile.
