Updated 29 September 2026

Every car on Motrade Marketplace is listed by a verified dealer or showroom, so you're dealing with a real business with a public profile and reviews. Here's the full journey from searching to driving away.

Buying a car, step by step

  1. 1

    Search for your car

Go to Cars for sale and search by make, model, variant or city. Use filters for budget, year, mileage, body type, fuel and transmission.

  2. 2

    Compare listings

Open a listing to see photos, specs, features, documents and transfer details, and the dealer's profile and rating.

  3. 3

    Contact the dealer

Tap WhatsApp, Call or Chat on the listing. Ask about condition, service history and the final price.

  4. 4

    Get an official price offer

Once you agree on a price, the dealer sends it to you as an offer on Motrade. Confirm it and the price is locked — no last-minute markup.

  5. 5

    Inspect the car

Request an inspection. The car is reserved just for you for 1–3 days while you check it yourself or with a professional inspector.

  6. 6

    Close the deal

Both sides confirm the final price, the sale closes, and you each leave a verified review.

Frequently asked questions

Is it free to buy a car on Motrade?

Yes. Browsing, contacting dealers, making a deal and posting a demand are all free for buyers. You pay the dealer for the car only.

Can I buy directly from private owners?

Motrade Marketplace lists cars from verified dealers and showrooms only. Private owners sell through Sell Your Car, where dealers make them offers.

Do I pay for the car through Motrade?

No. You pay the dealer directly, as you normally would at a showroom. Motrade locks the price, reserves the car for inspection and records the deal and reviews.
