Cancel a deal
Changed your mind? Open the deal and choose Cancel. The listing becomes available to other buyers again.
Report a problem

Open the deal
Go to My Deals and open the deal.

Report a problem
Describe what went wrong in at least 5 characters — for example, the dealer asked for more than the locked price.

We review it
The deal is marked Disputed and Motrade's team looks into it and contacts both sides.
Suspect a scam or fake listing? Contact us with the listing link. Never pay an advance to secure a car you haven't seen.
