Featured and Top Spot Boosts
Get more buyers on your cars with Motrade's Featured and Top Spot boosts: where boosted cars appear, how exposure is shared fairly, and how guaranteed-reach packages work.
Updated 29 September 2026
A boost puts a listing in front of more buyers for a set number of days. There are two types.
| Featured | Top Spot | |
|---|---|---|
| Label on the car | Featured ribbon | Gold Top Spot ribbon |
| Homepage Featured Cars row | Yes, after Top Spot cars | Yes, always first |
| Search results | Sponsored positions in results | The top positions in results |
| Best for | Steady extra visibility | Maximum exposure for a key car |
How exposure is shared
- The homepage Featured row changes on every page load, so every boosted car gets its turn.
- Within each boost type every car has equal odds.
- Each dealer gets at most 2 cars in the row at a time, so one showroom can't fill it.
Getting a boost
- Buy a boost package for a listing from your dealer dashboard.
- Some packages guarantee reach: if the boost falls short of its target number of buyers, it's extended free.
- The Premium plan includes Featured listings.
